Over the last few years, MileOne Training has evolved into a consulting team that offers each member of our sales force individualized support through the help of our corporate trainers and sales managers. Every new salesperson at MileOne attends a week long "Basics" course to learn the MileOne Steps to Success, which is the foundation of MileOne's commitment to our customers. Upon returning to their dealership, new team members can expect group training and one to one development sessions with their sales managers twice a month, as well as, onsite consultations with a corporate trainer once a quarter.

In order to supplement the support provided by their sales managers and corporate trainers, all Mile One employees can access our online video training at any time so they grow as successful MileOne team members and continually improve in their ability to live our mission statement.

For our Service, Parts and Collision center teams, MileOne has formed a partnership with the industry-renowned service training team, ATCON. In spring of 2007, our entire team went through intensive process training and will continue to participate in ATCON follow-up and performance groups to ensure we are providing our customers an unparalleled servicing and ownership experience.
