MileOne: The Official Automotive Group of the Baltimore Ravens
Again this year, MileOne Automotive is the official automotive group of the Baltimore Ravens. MileOne continues to have in-stadium branding opportunities, including moments of exclusivity throughout the game promoting each of our divisions. We look forward to the remainder of the 2007 season and our partnership with the Baltimore Ravens.
Throughout the season MileOne will continue to use several different marketing channels to target Baltimore fans and pull them into the dealerships. With only four games into the season, our marketing strategies have already shown huge success. Promotions include using Bluetooth technology, Test Drive Tuesday, Ravens Bucks, car wraps, Ravens experience raffle and prominent displays on the LEDs inside the stadium on game day.
Every home game Baltimore Ravens’ fans will pile into the stadium parking lots extra early to participate in what the tailgating experts named the “Best tailgating city in the NFL,” according to a September press release by KVH Industries. Tailgaters often visit Ravens Walk, the pre-game stop for all Ravens fans during home games. Opening three hours prior to kickoff and running until the start of the game, Ravens Walk offers a number of interactive options to get Ravens fans of all ages ready for the game. Lining the walk, 11 different MileOne automobiles will be displayed, each vehicle wrapped similar to a NASCAR skinned stock car. The vehicles are branded with 11 different marketing properties for the Raven’s. After each game the cars will be returned to the dealership and displayed in the showrooms during the week and away games.
Along the Walk fans with Bluetooth enabled phones will receive a text message from MileOne. Should they accept those lucky fans will receive a message to test drive a vehicle at any MileOne dealership on Test Drive Tuesday to obtain $20 in Ravens bucks. Ravens bucks can be use toward any purchase online from baltimoreravensstore.com.
